Capacity Review Board, the Ontario Review Board and the
Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal. Mr. Hammond has trained
in mediation and is accredited as a family mediator by
the Ontario Association for Family Mediation. Mr.

Elizabeth Osborne has appeared as counsel before all
